By installing and using TranslateGo you agree to a small set of common-sense rules. Here they are.

Use of the app

TranslateGo is provided for personal, lawful use. Don't use it to translate content you don't have the right to record (like a private conversation you're not part of). Don't use it for harassment, fraud, or any illegal purpose.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The free tier is limited to 10 minutes of translation per device per day. Limits may change with notice.

Audio and translation accuracy

Translations are produced by automated speech-to-text and translation systems. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or culturally inappropriate. Do not rely on TranslateGo for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical communications. When the stakes are high, use a qualified human interpreter.

No account, no data ownership claims

TranslateGo does not require an account. You retain ownership of any audio you generate. We do not claim rights to your speech or to translations. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including damages from translation errors or service interruptions.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
